Toyin is the founder and director of Àjọṣé Care Services. With a strong background in business management, finance, compliance, and organisational leadership, she is passionate about creating opportunities for individuals living with disability to access quality supports that promote independence, inclusion, and wellbeing.

Drawing on her experience in business management, finance, compliance, and organisational leadership, Toyin is focused on building a service that delivers quality support while maintaining strong governance, accountability, and participant-centred care.

She is committed to ensuring every participant is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion, and that services are delivered in a safe, supportive, and empowering environment.
 

Bolanle plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Ajose Care Services. She assists with participant scheduling, administration, invoicing, and service coordination while also providing direct disability support.

Her compassionate approach, strong organisational skills, and commitment to building positive relationships help ensure participants and families receive responsive, reliable, and personalised support throughout their journey with Ajose Care Services.
 

Adaobi brings valuable educational expertise to Ajose Care Services, supporting children and young people across early childhood, primary, and secondary school settings.

She works alongside participants and families to encourage confidence, strengthen learning skills, and promote positive educational outcomes. Through tailored support and a nurturing approach, she helps participants build the skills they need to thrive academically, socially, and personally.
 

Yetunde is a registered nurse who provides clinical guidance and professional healthcare insight to support the delivery of safe and effective services.

Drawing on her healthcare experience, she contributes specialist knowledge that supports participant wellbeing, quality care practices, risk management, and continuous improvement across the organisation. Her involvement helps ensure that services are delivered with a strong focus on safety, dignity, and best-practice care.
